CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellation
Global Alliance orders are considered "dispatched" after a confirmation notice and/or trip ID number has been provided to the Client. To qualify for a full or partial refund, the Client is required to confirm cancellation request within a reasonable amount of time.

Service Region: Greater Toronto Area

Vehicle Type: Sedan/SUV

  • Airport / One-way Transfer: Service cancellations require 2 hrs. notification otherwise are subject to full fare charges being applied*

  • Out of Town / Hourly / Charter: Service cancellations require 24hrs notification for full reimbursement. Cancellations requested between 12-24 hours will result in a charge of 50% of original being applied. Cancellations requested less than 12 hours will result in full fare charges being applied*

  • Major Events: Service cancellations require 14-day notification from the first day of the event for any service booked during the event, otherwise are subject to full fare charges being applied. * Note: bookings will be subject to hourly minimum service rates.

Vehicle Type: Executive Van/Sprinter

  • Airport / One-way Transfer: Service cancellations require 24 hrs. notification otherwise are subject to full fare charges being applied*

  • Out of Town / Hourly / Charter: Service cancellations require 24hrs notification for full reimbursement. Cancellations requested between 12-24 hours will result in a charge of 50% of original being applied. Cancellations requested less than 12 hours will result in full fare charges being applied*
  • Major Events: Service cancellations require 21-day notification from the first day of the event for any service booked during the event, otherwise are subject to full fare charges being applied. * Note: bookings will be subject to hourly minimum service rates.

Vehicle Type:  MiniBus/Motor Coach Bus

  • Airport / One-way Transfer: Service cancellations require 30-day notification for full reimbursement. Cancellations requested between 30 days will result in a full fare charges being applied*
  • Out of Town / Hourly / Charter: Service cancellations require 30-day notification for full reimbursement. Cancellations requested between 30 days will result in a full fare charges being applied*
  • Major Events: Service cancellations require 30-day notification from the first day of the event for any service booked during the event, otherwise are subject to full fare charges being applied. * Note: bookings will be subject to hourly minimum service rates.
