Although based in Toronto, Global Alliance can arrange ground transportation for clients across the globe, allowing our clients to contact a single service provider for all of their needs. This is achieved foremost through our well-maintained relationships with our network of international affiliates.

From booking through the confirmation process down to the vehicle being dispatched to the pickup location, our office agents are in close and constant contact with affiliates to ensure that every reservation detail is accurate and that any and all possible concerns are addressed before the transfer takes place. Our affiliates are vetted and rated by our Affiliate Manager to ensure that the superior level of service expected of Global Alliance is maintained for bookings outside of Toronto.

Most affiliates provide us with confirmation emails detailing all facets of the reservation, allowing our agents and dispatchers to review these orders and guarantee their accuracy. Pricing and chauffeur details are also often provided by our affiliates when confirming. Should any of these details not be confirmed via email or other reservation technology, (and even if they have been) our agents verbally confirm all booking details (including driver info and status prior to the pickup time) with our affiliate offices the day before the trip (or the same day on same-day orders).

Should our clients require transportation in exotic or remote locales where Global Alliance does not have an established affiliate, we are prepared to make our best effort to accommodate those requirements as well. Even if Global Alliance’s agents are unable to locate reputable affiliates in the desired service area, we do have contacts with affiliates who are able to act as intermediaries and arrange local chauffeured transportation for our clients.

There may be occasions upon which Global Alliance will not be able to offer services in a certain location, but rest assured that every effort will be made to accommodate the requested service before that is determined. Availability in other cities can tighten during major events, during which special hourly minimum charges and cancellation deadlines may apply. Our agents are kept well-informed of these situations by affiliates and management and will be able to let clients know about them at the time of booking.
