As our valued clients may know, Global Alliance Worldwide Chauffeured Services is able to provide child safety seats for chauffeured transportation in our fleet of vehicles. Children under the age of 8 must utilize child seats in motor vehicles by law in the province of Ontario, so whether provided by Global Alliance or by passengers themselves, all young children travelling with us must abide by this law.

To offset the cost of purchasing child seats that comply with current regulations as well as to compensate for the additional driving time required for our professional chauffeurs to pick up the company-owned seats from our office, Global Alliance now charges a small fee for use of our child seats.

If one of our child seats is required and requesting in advance of the service, a fee of $25 will be applied to the order in question. This is a single fee for any number of child seats needed on the specific booking, not $25 for each seat.

Alternately, if our valued clients are using their own child seats in our vehicles and wish us to store the seats in between transfers (for example, if they are away on holiday or at an event or location to which they do not wish to bring the seat), a fee of $15 will be charged for the storage of the seat or seats. No charge is applied for the single use of clients’ own seats not requiring Global Alliance to store the seat or seats between transfers.

Please note that these fees apply to pre-arranged limousine transfers in the Greater Toronto Area only. Different fees may or may not apply for child seat requests for limousine service in other cities globally.
